Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All standard and express shipping orders worldwide are shipped by DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia and we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated fee may be. In order to collect your package, additional customs clearance fees must be paid. Since we ship to over 60 countries, some may require additional fees paid by Cash on Delivery (Collect On Delivery). In this case, the fees are paid to the local carrier. Giventtie does not charge or control what local governments charge.
To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we will not be able to make changes or cancel your order. If you make a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at giventtie@mail.ru. Any delivery date or time given by us is only a best estimate and giventtie shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, Giventtie is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. In the unlikely event that your order is not received within the expected delivery times.
