Can I change / cancel my order?

We are unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘order now’ button, this includes this following:

Changing the item or size
Delivery address
Adding items to your order
Shipping method

* If you enter an incorrect address when placing an order, we cannot be held liable if the order is lost. We are not responsible for returns / replacements for this order.

You’ve sent me the wrong item

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

• Your order number
• The name of the item you did not receive
• The name of the item you received
• A clear photograph of the item you have received

Once we’ve received the above info, our customer success team will get this sorted for you asap!

How do I return my order?

Just email us at giventtie@mail.ru or send a DM via our Instagram with your order number and reason for the return and we’ll set you up for a return!

Returns / Refunds or exchanges of items are accepted within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Received a defective item?

We are very sorry that you received a faulty item! Please send us the following information:

1. Your order number
2. Product Name
3. Photos that show:
–  Product malfunction as clear as possible
–  Full size photo of the item
–  Box and packaging

There is no need to send us a defective item; this may delay the resolution time. If your item is damaged in delivery, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence so we can sort it for you.
